| As an example: there is a scheduled $6.00 per day balance, with the Net Charging rate at $0.30 per MB
The Net Balance on the Web Client is configured to show the volume in MB, not the dollar value.
For the example above, where the balance should read 20MB, it says 6MB.
It would seem GAIA can't do maths? We are using V4.3.1.0
Thanks.

| It's not that Gaia "can't" to maths, it's just that it "doesn't" do maths.
Gaia simply shows the balance value as MB instead of a currency amount when the option is enabled. This is because it allows multiple net costs based on the destination accessed so the MB value is not a simple calculation. As the help says, if you use this option and want the MB value to look accurate, we recommend you set the balance to the MB value and set the charge per MB to 1.
So if Balance=20 and Charge=1 then the balance will be shown as 20MB (or $20 depending on the option) and the user will be allowed to access 20MB. |

| Ahhh... ok. Cool.
Thanks for the clarification with regards to the use of that option. And next time I'll check the Help file first for sub-notes.
Keep up the good work!
