Gaia Helpdesk Support is available for free from support@gaiacomputing.com.au . Whether it is during product evaluation or at any time after purchasing a Gaia product, our Helpdesk team will continue to assist you with any questions or problems that you may have.

When purchasing a product you will be entitled to software upgrades for the first 12 months. After this we suggest you purchase Gaia Upgrade Advantage (See below) so that you can continue to use the latest release of the product. Alternatively, you can continue to use your current version. However, it must be understood that the solution to some software issues will be to upgrade to the latest version. If your Gaia Upgrade Advantage has expired then a software upgrade fee will apply.

Gaia Upgrade Advantage

The Gaia Upgrade Advantage offering is included for the first year when you purchase or upgrade a Gaia product. Renewals cost 25% of the license value, at the time of Renewal, for each additional year. Multiple years paid in advance will attract a discount.

  • The major feature of Priority Support is the speed of response. The Gaia Support team aims to respond within 1 business day for Priority Support.
  • Gaia Upgrade Advantage is priced at 25% of the current license price.
