This is a licence with a user limit for one database in
any type of school or university. The
user limit is the total number of
users printing, copying or accessing the Internet.
School/Large School Licence
These licenses are for up to 2000
or up to 5000 users in one database for a Primary or Secondary school, or a
Department or Faculty within a University.
Enterprise Licence
This is an unlimited licence
for multiple databases in a university, large school or
large organization that controls printing and Internet
usage from a central location.
Gaia Print Charger education
licences are available in 4 configurations:
User Licence.This is a licence with a user limit for one database in
any type of school or university. The

users printing, copying or accessing the Internet. A minimum of 300 users
applies up to 1000.
School Licence.This is
a licence for up to 2000 users for one database in a Primary school, Secondary school, or a
Department or Faculty within a University.
Large School Licence.
This is a licence for more than 2000 users for one database in a Primary school, Secondary school, or a
Department or Faculty within a University.

Enterprise Licence.This is an unlimited
licence for multiple databases in a university, large school or large
organization that controls printing and Internet usage from a central
location. Multiple geographical locations can be covered but management
will be centralized with a single point of contact back to Gaia for
support issues. If you require each site to have access directly to Gaia
Support, please consider our School or User License options.
For both User and
School Licenses, you may install the product on multiple servers provided
all installations are connected to a single central database. If you want
multiple databases, you need to purchase a User/School license for each
database or an Enterprise License. If you want to cover multiple
geographical areas you need to purchase a User/School license for each area
or an Enterprise License even if you decide on one centralized database.
It is not our intention to force a split campus to have two licences
nor do we wish to impose multiple licenses on an organisation with a
few remote printers at separate geographical locations. Contact us
with your situation including how many servers and databases are
involved along with student numbers at each location and we will
quote a suggested license configuration.
All Print Charger licenses
include 10 Release Station licenses.
Additional Release
Station licenses may be purchased for
$270 + $27 GST = $297
each.
Purchase of print and net licenses at the same time may attract a further
discount.

First Copier
$500 + $50 GST = $550
Second Copier
$400 + $40 GST = $440
Each Additional Copier
$300 + $30 GST = $330
Copy Charger requires a Print Charger licence
with current maintenance. Copy Charger also requires a Copyguard CG1000
TCP/IP device per copier. Extended Upgrade Advantage is only payable on the
first copier.
All new licences include 12 months Upgrade Advantage
(Email/phone Support and download access to any new releases of the
software). After the first 12 months you can extend this for 25% of your
licence fee each year. If Upgrade Advantage lapses, the software continues
to run but you will be limited to versions of the software released prior to

Gaia Upgrade Advantage allows you to receive email and/or phone support for any issues you may
encounter with our products plus all upgrades to the software released
during your upgrade period. Upgrade Advantage is
included for the first 12 months with your initial purchase and may be extended each year.
The correct licence for you depends on a number of factors
including:
The number of users. This is the total number of people
who will print, copy or access the internet, including students, teachers,
administration or other staff and any external users.
The number of separate databases containing the user
accounts.
The number of departments and/or faculties covered by
the licence. The users accessing the resources must all be members of the
department.
The number of geographical sites covered by the
school/university.
