This major update contains the following new features and fixes:

1. Services

   1. The Gaia services now monitor the status of the database server. If the database server goes offline or restarts, the Gaia services will now detect this and stop. The services will automatically restart when the database server is back online.

2. Administration

   1. Renamed "Departments" to "Cost Centres" to use a more generic term for entities to which charges can be applied.

   2. Added a new setup wizard to set defaults for Cost Centres.

   3. Added a new Top Users report for Print/Copy and Internet.

   4. Added the windows Print Spooler to the services list in Tools/Services.

   5. Fixed the currency symbol for vouchers exported for mail merge printing.

   6. Added a new option to synchronize user groups with Active Directory.

   7. Added a new option to Scheduled Adjustments to clear statistics when the balance is adjusted.

   8. Added a new option to reverse a day of Internet charges.

   9. Added import and export buttons to the list boxes of the major objects.

3. Windows Client

   1. Fixed local currency symbol when entering vouchers or performing transfers.

   2. Added charges to graphs.

4. Web Client

   1. Added display of print and net transactions to user details.

   2. Added graphs of print jobs and net volumes.

5. Installation

   1. This release updates any previous version 3 product.

Version 3.2.1 Update released 27-Apr-2007

1. Fixed page counting on 64 bit Windows 2003 R2.

2. Fixed "Invalid record declaration" error in print and net logs that could cause scheduled adjustments to fail.

3. Fixed button positioning for maximized and custom window sizes.

4. Fixed "Department" references in Web Administration.

Version 3.2.2 Update released 24-Jul-2007

1. Fixed Postscript page size detection when more than 1 page size is defined within a job.

2. Improved the detection of Unix user names.

3. Fixed the charging of Postscript jobs when some page information is missing.

4. Fixed the exporting of Cost Centre transactions when the names contained underscores.
